Ann & Robert H Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago is one of the top pediatric hospitals in the country according to U.S. News & World Report. It provides superior care to the region’s most critically ill and injured children; serves as a pediatric training ground for Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine; and is one of only a handful of U.S. children’s hospitals with a dedicated pediatric research center. More than 148,000 children are treated at Children’s each year.

 

Work completed included:

  • Removing old street lighting poles
  • Trenching and running new conduit and electrical
  • Installing new decorative light poles in public ways and sidewalks to match the neighborhood’s architectural style
  • Modifying existing traffic signal intersection to accommodate a special turn lane for ambulances
  • Updating existing traffic signs to energy-efficient LED signals
